He has master's degree studies in Spain, a diploma in Airport Administration, and a master's degree in Airport and Aeronautical Management and Direction. He has extensive professional experience in the public and private sectors, related to airport and civil aviation issues. He has held, among other important positions, the roles of Undersecretary of Air Transport and Vice Minister of Transportation Services of Ecuador. He currently holds the position of Executive Director of the Cuenca Airport Corporation. His management focuses on increasing the aerial connectivity of the city and the level of service of the “Mariscal La Mar” airport.

Federico Anliker has been President of the Autonomous Port Executive Commission (CEPA) since June 2019. He leads the institution responsible for managing and developing El Salvador's ports, airports, and railways.

Among his main achievements are the expansion and modernization of El Salvador International Airport, as well as attracting new airlines and private investment, most notably the country's first-ever Public-Private Partnership for the Air Cargo Terminal.

He also spearheaded the modernization of Ilopango International Airport, positioning it as a more efficient terminal for private flights, business travel, executive tourism, and flight schools.

Currently, he is overseeing the construction of the Pacific Airport in eastern El Salvador, a key project for logistics development and connectivity, promoted by the government of President Nayib Bukele.

Erick Aranda Del Monte is the Reality Capture Product Line Manager for Latin America at Leica Geosystems, leading the deployment and adoption of advanced reality capture technologies across the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, construction, and engineering sectors. He has more than 16 years of experience working with Leica Geosystems technologies and over 10 years developing projects using Hexagon reality capture solutions.

His professional background includes extensive experience in 3D laser scanning, mobile mapping, ground penetrating radar (GPR), geomatics, and digital asset capture technologies, helping organizations transform spatial data into valuable information for decision-making. Erick has also developed expertise in construction, engineering, technical support, and sales, enabling him to bridge technical innovation with operational requirements. In addition, he has received specialized training and certification in reality capture technologies for forensic applications.

Experienced airport infrastructure leader with more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction, and modernization of airports across Latin America, the Middle East, and North America. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Project Management. Specializes in managing and delivering complex projects that improve efficiency, passenger experience, and regulatory compliance.

His expertise includes constructability, value engineering, stakeholder integration, and quality assurance, with deep knowledge of FAA regulations, ICAO standards, and regional compliance requirements. Luis has a proven track record in terminal design, runway rehabilitation, and infrastructure optimization, excelling in project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and quality implementation.

Alfonso Cárdenas is Sales Director at BEUMER Group Mexico, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and delivers advanced logistics and airport solutions across the region. With over 20 years of experience in project management, business development, and complex system integration, he combines deep technical expertise with a strong commercial vision.

Alfonso has successfully led major airport projects, including the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) upgrade and key contracts with ASUR, OMA, and GAP. His work is characterized by managing multi-country collaborations and navigating complex bids to deliver high-impact results.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he is recognized for his ability to align stakeholders, drive innovation, and execute projects that enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience. At LATAM Airport Summit 2026, Alfonso brings valuable insights for leaders seeking reliable, scalable airport solutions.

A licensed and registered Civil Engineer from the National University Federico Villarreal, he holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences. He has over 15 years of experience in public-private partnerships, as well as experience in project management, execution, and monitoring. He has served as Director General of Transportation Programs and Projects at the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Director of the Disaster Reconstruction Management Unit at PRONIED (National Program for Educational Infrastructure), Director of Investment Planning at the General Directorate of Educational Infrastructure at the Ministry of Education, Director General of the Project Portfolio Directorate at ProInversión, and Director of the General Directorate of Private Investment Promotion Policy at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Eng. José Luis Filisola Reyes is a Mexican Mechatronics Engineer specialized in robotics, entrepreneur, and General Manager of QUASAR AUTOMATION, INC. Based in Panama since 2013, he has built a distinguished professional career focused on automation, airport security, technology integration, and solutions for critical infrastructure.

Since the age of 22, he has worked in airport environments, beginning his professional career at Toluca International Airport in Mexico. He later led high-impact projects in Panama for Tocumen International Airport, as well as for other public and private organizations throughout the country.

Under his leadership, QUASAR AUTOMATION has been an established supplier to the Panamanian government since 2015, integrating international technologies for detection, control, operational analytics, and specialized support. He also leads QLAB, an emerging business unit powered by Panamanian talent, focused on rapid prototyping, technological innovation, and the validation of customized solutions designed to address real operational, security, and innovation challenges in airport and industrial environments.

Commercial Engineer graduated from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, with extensive experience in air transportation, airport management, and connectivity, developed in both the public and private sectors.

He has held high-level management positions, notably serving as Undersecretary of Air Transport and President of the National Civil Aviation Council. At the Ministry of Tourism, he led the Directorate of Connectivity and Investments, as well as the Directorate of Air, Land, and Maritime Connectivity.

He is currently part of the EPMSA team as Social Responsibility Coordinator. His profile combines technical planning with strategic vision to strengthen the aeronautical sector of the country.

Manuel González Moles is the CEO of UG21 Engineering and co-founder of the company. A Civil Engineer and MBA from IIST Spain, he has over 25 years of experience in engineering consultancy, leading infrastructure projects across multiple countries.

Throughout his career, he has driven UG21’s international expansion, consolidating its presence in Spain and Latin America and contributing to the development of high-impact projects in the countries where the company operates. The company operates in 7 countries, has 500 employees, and in 2025 reached revenues close to USD 26 million.

His leadership is defined by a strategic vision focused on international growth, innovation, and the development of highly qualified teams.

He currently serves as Director of Strategic Projects for Latin America at EXP US Services.

With over 40 years of experience in the aeronautical field, he has focused on strengthening operational safety, service efficiency, and the development of the national and international airport system.

He possesses extensive experience in air operations, Safety Management Systems (SMS), and Civil Aviation Security (AVSEC). He has held technical, operational, and executive positions in institutions and private companies within the sector, such as the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC), AeroSur S.A., Amaszonas S.A., and agricultural aviation companies, establishing a management style based on principles of ethics, transparency, and a commitment to public service.

His training as a commercial pilot, agricultural pilot, and certified instructor provides him with broad experience in inspection, supervision, technical training, and airport administration, contributing to the strengthening of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards within the aeronautical system of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

Alejandro Medina currently serves as Business Development Manager at HID and brings over 20 years of experience in the electronic security industry across Latin America. Throughout his career, he has held commercial leadership and business development positions with global companies such as Bosch Security Systems, Johnson Controls (JCI), RBH Access, and Dorlet, leading growth strategies, channel development, strategic account management, and access control projects across multiple countries in the region. His expertise combines strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and develop high-potential markets.

Appointed in 2024 by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo as Director General of Airports and Auxiliary Services, he holds a degree in Business Administration and has aviation training from the Mexican Aviation School, as well as a Master's degree in Public Administration.

He has served primarily as a Local Deputy in the LIX Legislature of the Honorable Congress of the State of Tabasco, Senator of the Republic in the LXIII Legislature, Delegate of Federal Programs for the Ministry of Welfare, Tabasco Delegation, and in August 2021, the Honorable Congress of the State of Tabasco swore him in as Governor of the State.

Ximena Robelo is a Costa Rican architect and Regional Manager for Interface and nora across Central America, Colombia, Ecuador, and Venezuela. A graduate of the University of Virginia, she brings more than a decade of experience specifying materials for corporate, healthcare, education, and transportation projects, working closely with the architecture and construction industry throughout the region.

Over the course of her career, she has contributed to airport and other high-traffic projects, helping deliver solutions that balance design, technical performance, and sustainability. Her background in architecture, combined with extensive experience in business development, has shaped a strategic approach to material specification—one that considers not only aesthetics, but also operational efficiency, long-term maintenance, and the overall user experience. This perspective has given her a unique understanding of how material selection can enhance the performance, operation, and sustainability of complex, high-traffic projects.

A civil engineer with a Master's degree in Project Management, he has 30 years of professional experience in multiple engineering fields, specializing in concession management for the last decade. Since September 2021, he has served as CEO of Aeropuertos de Oriente S.A.S. in Bogotá, leading the overall operation of the airport concession. Previously, from 2015 to 2021, he was General Manager of Autovía Neiva–Girardot SAS, a fourth-generation (4G) highway concession, where he led the project's development for almost six years. His career also includes roles as Head of Business Development and Structuring at CSS Constructores (2013-2015) and Project Manager at the Metrovías Malla Vial Consortium (2009-2013). Additionally, since 2019 he has been a member of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce's list of Amicable Mediators in the Infrastructure category, contributing his expertise in resolving disputes within the sector.

Among his key achievements at Aeropuertos de Oriente, he highlighted the successful refinancing of the syndicated loan for the project in 2022 with Grupo Aval, as well as the agreement with the National Government for the expansion of infrastructure projects at the Santa Marta and Riohacha airports, two of the six terminals under his management.
